My Groupon has expired before I had a chance to redeem it.

We are being very lenient with expiration dates at this time, don’t worry we will still honor it!

For all Groupons they must have their voucher available to be scanned when therapists arrive, we take payment at the time of the appointment  If they cannot present their Groupon Voucher, they will be charged our normal First time client rate of 20% off our regular price.

What forms of payment do you accept?

CC, Cash, Check made out to Massage Therapy Fusion

Can I schedule a session for today?

No, we require at least 24 hours notice, pending therapist availability.

Why do I need to put in my CC information?

Required to set up profile and is only used for last minute cancellation purposes. We require 24 hours notice to avoid a same day cancellation fee($40 per therapist scheduled). We do not take payment until the time of service. Any vouchers, gift certificates, discounts, etc. will be redeemed and accepted for payment at that time.

I keep selecting a time that shows available but then the system says it is not available.  

Each service has the set up/break down/table change and travel time included.  For example a 60 minute massage requires 2.5 hours of consecutive availability on the therapist calendar, 60 minutes for the service, 90 minutes for set up/break down/travel time.  Please select ‘read more’ on the service to view detailed information on how to view availability

Can I get assistance with scheduling?

Yes, we have phone assistance Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm to assist you with scheduling. You must complete your online profile first before calling.
